I picked up a blackhead eraser refill pack on a whim because the Wave refills were out of stock, and discovered that while the pads provide different results, the systems are completely interchangeable. I'd recommend purchasing the Wave (it's about 7 dollars cheaper) and alternating the use of the different kinds of pads. The Wave pads are intended for daily use, while the Eraser instructions say 3-4 times a week or so. While this product made my skin soft and shiny, it did absolutely nothing for my blackhead problem. The second time I used the blackhead eraser, my skin was left dry, scaly and painful in the areas I gave special attention to.
